The State Interagency Coordinating Council was established June 5, 2005 under the provisions of Public Law 105-17.
Members are appointed by the Governor and work as a committee to advise and assist the Department of Education on identifying appropriate services for children ages birth to three.

The South Dakota Department of Education is giving notice of the following meeting:
Part C, Birth to 3 Connections Interagency Coordination Council will meet May 15, 2013, 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Central Time), at View 34, 4251 E. Hwy 34, Pierre SD. Or, to participate by audio only, participants should call in at (866) 410-8397 and enter the code number 6057734478 just prior to the start of meeting.
If you request an accommodation for a disability in order to participate in the meeting please submit your request in writing no later than 10 days prior to the meeting to insure accommodations are available.
